Kuze Fuku & Sons Traditional Umami Dashi is a soup broth and seasoning which accentuates the umami flavor found in its carefully selected ingredients. Used simply as a soup broth, or as a seasoning in other dishes such as steak or pasta, the Dashi adds a rich, savory flavor to your favorite recipe.
How to use as a Broth for Miso Soup
- Boil 1 dashi packet in 2 cups of water.
- Reduce heat. Simmer 3 - 5 minutes. Remove packet. (Serves 2)
- Stir in 2 tbsp of miso. Add tofu, kelp, etc.
