    How to use as a Broth

    1. 400ml (1.5 cups) of room temperature water
    2. Put 1 Dashi pack into the pot and boil the Dashi pack to boiling water
    3. Then reduce to medium heat and simmer for 3 to 5 minutes
    4. Take out Dashi pack
