Processing & Handling Times
Processing and handling times vary based on availability. Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be shipped out. For any frozen meal kits and non-perishable items, please allow 24-48 hours processing time prior to shipment. Meal kit orders placed on Thursday and Friday will be processed and shipped the following business day*.

Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email provided. Please allow additional time for the tracking number to become active (Once the carrier has scanned the shipping label). If you do not receive a tracking number within 1-2 business days, your package can be tracked via courier’s phone. All orders will be sent via FedEx or UPS shipping within the arrival days of Tuesday - Friday.
Upon completion of your order, your order summary and order number will be sent to the email provided. Please save your order information for future reference.
Orders containing seafood and meats will arrive at the provided destination within one business day from the shipping date. All other orders including non-perishables will arrive within 1-2 business days*.

Cancellations, Address Changes and Other Modifications to Orders
Once an order has been processed and tracking has been made available, no changes can be made to your order. If your order has not yet been shipped out, a member of our customer service team can be contacted to make any possible necessary adjustments to your order.
We currently ship to residential and commercial addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If you provide a PO Box as the shipping address, a member of our customer service team will contact you for an alternate address. If you do not have an alternate address within the US, a full refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
We currently do not ship to countries outside of the United States.
